Operations Research Optimization Engineer

Apply optimization, constraint programming, and algorithm design at Miratech to develop workforce planning services for large-scale contact centers.
As an Operations Research Engineer, you will support the Workforce Management product stream. You will transform business requirements into mathematical models and production-grade optimization services. Your work will address forecasting, scheduling, staffing, coverage management, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and develop contact center workforce optimization models
Implement schedule optimization with OR-Tools and CP-SAT
Build maintainable constraint models and production solver services
Define schedule quality metrics and production monitoring
Validate algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy
Requirements:
Six or more years designing production optimization solutions
Hands-on OR-Tools CP-SAT or comparable solver experience
Strong linear, integer, or stochastic optimization foundation
Workforce or resource scheduling modeling experience
Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++
Develop enterprise optimization capabilities using mathematical modeling, constraint programming, and software engineering for workforce management.
