Environmental Foreman – Parks & Public Works Lead

City of Methuen is seeking a Working Foreman for the Environmental Division in the Department of Public Works. The role directs a team maintaining parks, recreation areas, and public facilities, with hands-on responsibility for hand and power tools as well as heavy equipment.
Responsibilities include scheduling, progress reporting, and training new staff, ensuring tasks finish safely, on time, and within budget. CDL B and hoisting endorsements are required or preferred where noted.
