Lead customer service operations on site through staff supervision, scheduling, and issue resolution in a non-smoking workplace. English communication is required.
This Customer Service Supervisor role requires three to less than five years of experience and secondary school graduation. You will supervise cashiers and other workers while coordinating daily sales activities. The position involves personal care items and product or manufacturing design.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise staff, including cashiers and design team members
Assign sales workers to their daily duties
Establish work schedules for supervised employees
Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:

Three to less than five years of experience
English language ability
Ability to supervise three to four people
On-site work availability in a non-smoking environment
