Maintain high-volume manufacturing equipment as a Millwright with Johnson Electric in onsite Mississauga, using mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and controls expertise.
This full-time Millwright position supports production and test equipment, facilities, and equipment upgrades. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and start up CNC, PLC, robotic, and automated assembly equipment. The schedule may include days, afternoons, evenings, continental shifts, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain production equipment and facilities to applicable standards
Repair, assemble, debug, install, and start up equipment
Diagnose mechanical systems, tooling, and production systems
Complete planned maintenance, emergency repairs, and breakdown response
Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent
One to five years of manufacturing maintenance experience
Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical knowledge
Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
