Senior Supply Chain Financial Analyst

Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain and Systems Specialist, you will support category management, supplier performance, data governance, budgeting, and forecasting. You will integrate financial, supplier, market, and operational information for actionable recommendations. The role partners with clinical and corporate stakeholders across SHN.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze spend, pricing, costs, variances, and supplier performance data
Develop cost models, benchmarks, should-cost assessments, and scenarios
Evaluate RFx responses and supplier proposals for sourcing decisions
Manage data governance requests through the ServiceNow portal
Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, training, and process improvements
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in finance, business, supply chain, or related discipline
Five or more years of progressive relevant experience
Knowledge of strategic sourcing and category management
Experience with spend analysis, supplier evaluations, and performance reporting
Proficiency using artificial intelligence tools responsibly
Use financial analysis, sourcing, supplier performance, and data governance expertise to strengthen supply chain decisions at SHN.
