As a MIG Welder, you will perform high-volume, repetitive welding on metal parts and assemblies. The work requires blueprint reading, equipment operation, weld inspection, and accurate adherence to specifications. Success depends on attention to detail, consistency, self-motivation, and safe production practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on parts and assemblies
Set up and operate MIG welding equipment
Follow work orders, blueprints, and specifications
Inspect welds and finished products for quality
Meet production quotas and deadlines safely
Requirements:
At least two years of production MIG welding experience
Proficiency reading blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of welding techniques and metal properties
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively
Ability to follow English directions
