The Workforce Management Advisor maintains the information and processes that guide resource planning for strategic technology projects. You will collaborate with capacity managers, delivery, operations, and finance teams under Project Management leadership. Your analysis will help optimize capacity, support reliable decisions, and respond effectively to operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce workforce planning dashboards and monitoring analyses
Ensure capacity, assignment, and billing data alignment
Maintain integrity across management tools and allocations
Coordinate absences, personnel movements, and contingency planning
Contribute to governance and continuous process improvement
Requirements:
Two to five years in operational analysis or resource planning
Advanced proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
French and English fluency in speaking and writing
Relevant administration, management, human resources, or IT training
Strong analytical, collaborative, detail-management, and prioritization abilities
