The Store Human Resources Manager acts as a business leader building an engaged workforce for current and future needs. This position oversees associate relations, staffing, talent discussions, and succession planning. The role also supports change initiatives, customer satisfaction reviews, and selling and service behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:

Model Home Depot values and foster associate engagement
Oversee associate relations practices and communication processes
Complete workforce plans, recruitment, and cross-training strategies
Build weekly staffing schedules and coordinate job fairs
Support leaders through change initiatives and business walks
Requirements:

Three to five years of HR Generalist experience preferred
Broad knowledge across multiple human resources disciplines
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when scheduled
Retail or hospitality experience is an asset
Strong organization, prioritization, interpersonal, and influencing skills
Bring HR expertise, workforce planning, and associate engagement leadership to support The Home Depot store teams.
