Shift Production Operations Supervisor

Lead shift operations at CHEP through safety leadership, production planning, and continuous improvement across plant activities. This position follows a Friday-to-Monday schedule.
As Day Service Centre Supervisor, you will direct manpower, materials, and work activities to achieve planned plant output. You will manage productivity, quality, safety, maintenance coordination, and operational costs. The position includes coaching employees, handling performance matters, and supporting recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct manpower, materials, and shift work activities
Manage productivity, quality, safety, and plant output
Coordinate maintenance responses to equipment breakdowns
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations
Collect and validate key plant output information
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma experience
Five to seven years of frontline supervisory experience
Experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, or customer service
Formal safety program experience required
Microsoft Office proficiency and English required
Use production supervision, safety management, and continuous improvement expertise to guide CHEP’s shift operations and plant performance.
