The Role
As Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you will support our General Manager in leading front-of-house operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee daily dining room activities, manage and mentor our service team, and play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while directly contributing to the success of a thriving restaurant operation.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support front-of-house staff, including hosts, servers, and other team members
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members
Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow to optimize the dining experience
Support revenue goals through effective sales techniques and upselling practices
Monitor operational efficiency and address guest concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the General Manager on scheduling, inventory, and performance metrics
Maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment that reflects our standards

Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent sales and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
