Lead restaurant operations at Jack Astor’s using team coaching, financial management, and guest-focused service. This Assistant General Manager role supports the GM in a high-volume environment.
At Service Inspired Restaurants, the Assistant General Manager helps lead Jack Astor’s teams toward top-quality food, outstanding guest experiences, and memorable service. You will develop leadership skills, coach staff, manage financials, and uphold Jack’s values. The role also includes supporting enthusiasm and energy across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in leading the restaurant team
Coach and support staff through daily restaurant operations
Deliver top-quality food and outstanding guest experiences
Manage financials to meet established goals
Uphold Jack’s values and promises across service
Requirements:
Two to three years of similar restaurant management experience
Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Experience managing sales, inventory, cash, and analytical tasks
Previous scheduling experience and Smart Serve Certification
