Facility Operations Manager II
BGIS
Lead facility operations for BGIS portfolios through strong maintenance management, client service, and building systems expertise. Work includes visible facility-site engagement.
As a Facility Manager II, you manage moderate to large portfolios or complex facilities and contracts. You oversee operations, maintenance, service delivery, budgets, projects, compliance, and client relationships. Collaboration with BGIS departments supports integrated building operations and client value.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage portfolio operations, maintenance activities, and annual facility programs
Ensure facility uptime, safety, reliability, and service quality
Oversee technicians, service providers, repairs, and maintenance performance
Develop budgets, approve expenditures, and monitor portfolio expenses
Maintain client relationships and resolve facility-related escalations
Requirements:
College diploma or equivalent training, such as RPA or CET
Three to five years or more facility management experience
Strong facility operations and maintenance management abilities
Proficiency with facility equipment and building systems
Solid client service, budget, project, and vendor management skills
