Social Media Content Creator

Social-first content creation leads this remote, full-time Content Creator role at ICUC, combining storytelling, video production, and platform-native design. Create content that stops scrolling and gives audiences reasons to engage.
As a Content Creator, you will develop ideas for some of the world’s largest brands. You will work with strategists, community managers, account teams, and clients across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Your work spans concepts, scripts, shoots, edits, photography, motion graphics, sound, typography, and copy.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and storyboard social-first brand content
Produce Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and other videos
Translate briefs into compelling creative ideas
Adapt assets across platforms and audiences
Manage requests, timelines, standards, and specifications
Requirements:
Two or more years creating branded social content
Portfolio featuring short-form video and storytelling
Understanding of platforms, formats, audiences, and trends
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools
Experience with camera, lighting, sound, editing, and post-production
Bring social storytelling, video production, and creative collaboration skills to ICUC’s remote content team serving recognized brands.
