Lead fabrication projects in Paris, Ontario, using project coordination and technical communication skills across printing and manufacturing operations.
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Project Manager for fabrication and custom manufacturing. You will coordinate engineering, production, quality, suppliers, contractors, and logistics partners. The work covers aluminum and steel projects, estimates, technical specifications, CAD drawings, documentation, and project tracking from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Own projects from planning through completion
Coordinate engineering, production, quality, and external resources
Manage schedules, priorities, documentation, reporting, and deliverables
Identify risks and develop practical solutions
Improve manufacturing efficiency, cost performance, and product quality
Requirements:
Three to five years in fabrication or custom manufacturing
Experience working with aluminum and steel
Post-secondary engineering or relevant technical education
Ability to prepare estimates and interpret technical specifications
AutoCAD or similar software knowledge, plus Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency
