Build client relationships as a Life Insurance Advisor with RBC Insurance in Vaughan, using discovery skills and integrated financial advice. This full time role includes digital client meetings.
As an accredited Life, Health & Wealth Advisor, you will advise existing referrals and new RBC client acquisitions. Your work spans life insurance planning, prospecting, networking, and Salesforce relationship management. You will recommend solutions across RBC Insurance Life, Whole Life, Living Benefits, and Wealth products based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Discover client life events and changing insurance needs
Provide comprehensive insurance and financial advice
Prospect and grow a new book of business
Develop relationships using Salesforce and compliant tools
Achieve individual goals supporting team sales success
Requirements:

Two plus years of professional sales experience
Life or accident and sickness license, or willingness to complete
Existing referrals and approved centers of influence
Post-secondary degree or equivalent qualification
Valid Canadian driver's license and personal vehicle
Use prospecting, insurance planning, and relationship management skills to serve RBC Insurance clients throughout the designated Vaughan area.
