Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards & Systems, this Specialist administers compensation, benefits, pension, and retirement programs. The work includes salary structures, merit cycles, flexible benefits, reconciliations, vendor coordination, and employee support. Processes must remain accurate, confidential, documented, and aligned with Canadian requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare salary recommendations, cycle files, reports, and market analyses
Administer health, dental, life, and assistance programs
Reconcile carrier billing and payroll deductions
Administer defined contribution and defined benefit pension plans
Prepare recurring and ad hoc Total Rewards reports
Requirements:
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or Human Resources
One to three years of relevant Total Rewards experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and lookup functions
Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Confidentiality, communication skills, and sound judgment
Support DHL Express compensation, benefits, pension, and reporting programs through accurate analysis and confidential administration in Brampton.
