Open Source Intelligence Investigator

Reporting to the Investigations Manager, this Investigator works within Xpera’s Open-Source Intelligence team. The position conducts background, asset, intellectual property, and locating investigations using Internet research and databases. Strong English, analytical judgment, organization, and confidentiality support success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct background and asset investigations on individuals and corporate entities
Research intellectual property through online sources and site attendances
Locate individuals across Canada using databases, searches, and inquiries
Analyze and document relevant material from social networking sites
Report findings while following client protocols and Xpera standards
Requirements:
Minimum two years of research or investigative work experience
Valid Ontario Private Investigator License
Strong written and oral command of English
Advanced report writing and research abilities
Reliable vehicle licensed for business or commercial purposes
Use open-source research, analytical judgment, and confidential investigation practices to deliver accurate findings for Xpera clients across Canada.
