As an AI Search Optimization Specialist, you will lead search for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will own technical roadmaps, keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and ranking explanations. The work spans classic organic results, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity, with writers and AI producing drafts.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and architecture
Set keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content priorities
Improve visibility across AI and organic search results
Manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO
Report through GA4 and Search Console quarterly
Requirements:

Three or more years of hands-on SEO experience
Experience running audits and making technical fixes
Fluency with Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog
Ahrefs or Semrush experience
Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
