AI Growth Manager CRO

Use Claude Code, automation, and conversion data to build growth at Paradox, working remotely or from its Dubaï offices full time.
As a hands-on Growth Manager, you will turn hypotheses into shipped assets, tests, and tools. The position requires 2–3 years in Growth, CRO, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, or proven self-taught operating experience. You will work across AI, behavioral science, funnels, and persuasion.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate hypotheses and iterate AI-assisted creative assets
Build prompt pipelines, scripts, and lightweight automations
Test headlines, pricing, offers, and acquisition angles
Optimize retention, referral, and content growth loops
Provide data-backed briefs to the Content Factory
Requirements:
Daily experience using AI to solve complex issues
Evidence of shipped experiments, pages, automations, or audiences
Ability to build rather than only brief teams
Curiosity, precision, agility, and hands-on execution
French native or bilingual; fluent English required
