Airport Shuttle Service Supervisor
Transdev Ontario Manitoba
Support exceptional airport shuttle service by guiding employees, resolving operational issues, and maintaining communication across Voyago's Billy Bishop operation. The work centers on safety and reliability.
The Supervisor serves as a link between frontline employees, management, clients, and support departments. You will lead multiple projects, manage conflicting deadlines, support staffing during absences, and help ensure service continuity. Payroll, driver orientation, employee engagement, and internal logistics are also included.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, direction, and resources to employees
Monitor service continuity and passenger experience issues
Coordinate internal logistics and operational communications
Oversee payroll paperwork, timesheets, and timely entry
Assist with driver onboarding and orientation
Requirements:
College diploma or equivalent experience
Safety-focused mindset and strong communication skills
Valid B or C licence preferred
Minimum G licence with upgrade ability within three months
Clean driver's abstract
