Security Operations Team Manager

Manage security team activities, recruiting, training, budgets, and law enforcement contacts while supporting courteous service for tenants, visitors, and guests.
As CBRE’s security supervisor, you will oversee employees and influence team objectives through coaching, consensus building, and practical security knowledge. You will schedule training on security operations, CPR, first aid, and life safety systems. The work includes recruiting, hiring, evaluations, and budget oversight.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee recruiting and hiring of security employees
Monitor staff training and development activities
Manage security budgets and update operational manuals
Serve as law enforcement contact for security issues
Resolve complex problems and develop team techniques
Requirements:

Experience supervising, mentoring, and coaching employees
Ability to conduct performance evaluations
Ability to schedule and deliver team training
Ability to coordinate security activities and deadlines
Ability to support customer objectives through team outcomes
Strengthen CBRE security operations through team management, staff development, training coordination, and security issue resolution.
