Radiation Technologist CT Fraser Health

Advance medical imaging practice with Fraser Health as a Casual CT Radiation Technologist at Peace Arch Hospital in White Rock.
The role serves a 171 acute care bed hospital providing emergency, medical, surgical, maternity, inpatient, and outpatient services. You will work within departmental policies, safety requirements, and client and family centered care. Duties include CT examinations, monitoring patients, quality improvement, and staff education.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow radiation protection, health, and safety requirements
Demonstrate procedures and equipment use to staff
Participate in orientation and student supervision
Contribute to quality improvement and protocol development
Participate in approved research and special projects
Requirements:
Knowledge of Medical Imaging professional practice standards
Knowledge of evidence-based practice for the designated modality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to establish workload priorities with others
Demonstrated CPR and current computer application skills
Use CT practice, safety awareness, and collaboration skills to support Fraser Health’s Peace Arch Hospital imaging department.
