Heavy Equipment Service Advisor

Coordinate heavy equipment repairs for Toromont Cat in Concord, Ontario, using service scheduling, customer communication, and work-in-progress expertise.
As a Service Advisor, you will direct repair scheduling across internal and external service teams. You will maintain customer communication throughout repair cycles. The position also supports quotes, timelines, process flow, work orders, warranty details, parts, invoicing, and daily WIP management.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule machine repairs and preventative maintenance for technicians
Update and manage Service Scheduler accurately
Support customers through incoming calls and repair follow-up
Open work orders and verify warranty and payment arrangements
Review daily WIP for invoicing and performance metrics
Requirements:
Minimum post-secondary education
Minimum five years of service operations experience
Ability to coordinate internal and external repair teams
Ability to maintain accurate service documentation
Commitment to safe and environmentally sound work behaviours
