Lead hands-on contents restoration with advanced cleaning equipment and mentoring at First Onsite. Restore belongings affected by fire, water, and mold.
As Contents Crew Lead, internally Contents Technician II, you guide Contents Technician I team members while supporting restoration projects. You use specialized equipment, cleaning systems, Microsoft Office Suite, mobile devices, and detailed records. Your work includes tracking and photographing contents, troubleshooting, and keeping projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Restore items affected by fire, water, and mold
Operate Ozone, Hydroxyl, and similar restoration equipment
Track and photograph contents with meticulous records
Guide Contents Technician I team members
Clean equipment and maintain safe project environments
Requirements:
Minimum one year restoration or emergency services experience
Strong fire, water, and mold cleaning knowledge
WRT, FSRT, and OCT certifications required
Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
Rotating on-call availability and physical work capacity
