Warehouse Operations Supervisor Mississauga
Mevotech
Lead warehouse operations at Mevotech’s Mississauga facility using KPI management, employee leadership, and hands-on problem solving onsite five days weekly.
This six-month, full-time contract supervises unionized employees across inbound, outbound, and packaging operations. The Warehouse Supervisor builds shift plans, manages labour and equipment, and keeps production and shipping on target. Success requires manufacturing, production, or combined warehouse experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, train, and develop unionized warehouse employees
Build daily shift plans for labour, equipment, and space
Monitor productivity, accuracy, shipping, throughput, and cost KPIs
Resolve equipment, inventory, labour, and shipping issues
Report shift targets, KPI results, and production updates
Requirements:
Diploma, degree, post-secondary education, or equivalent experience
Three to five years of supervisory experience
Manufacturing, production, or inbound and outbound warehouse background
Clear communication and effective employee relations skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, WMS, RFID, and barcode systems
