Demand Planning Analyst RONA

Analyze sales data and market trends as a Demand Planning Analyst with RONA in a hybrid Boucherville workplace, three days onsite weekly.
This analyst develops sales forecasts across short, medium, and long-term horizons. The work covers seasonality, promotions, special events, product launches, assortment changes, and inventory risks. Collaboration with merchandising, supply chain teams, and suppliers supports aligned forecasted volumes and product availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze historical sales data and market trends
Develop and maintain sales forecasts across planning horizons
Adjust forecasts for promotions, seasonality, and events
Monitor inventory coverage, levels, and forecast accuracy
Produce weekly variance and sales pattern reports
Requirements:
French and English communication skills, written and verbal
Strong analytical skills and data interpretation ability
Understanding of business and retail challenges
Proficiency with Excel and planning tools
Reliable transportation to Boucherville corporate head office
