Interior Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse for Long-term Care. At this 82-bed complex care facility, you will support residents’ choices and quality of life. The schedule covers days from 07:00 to 16:30, as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents’ highest possible level of functioning
Deliver nursing care within complex care services
Consult and confer with health care providers
Collaborate with patients’ families and interdisciplinary teams
Advance clinical competence through continuous improvement
Requirements:
Experience as a Registered Nurse
Motivation to provide resident-centered long-term care
Reliability and flexibility for casual work
Ability to work scheduled day shifts
Commitment to evidence-based nursing practice
