Bilingual Corporate Recruiter

Use French and English communication skills to recruit talent for Kenny U-Pull while managing sourcing, interviews, and candidate engagement.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Corporate Recruiter partners with hiring managers across supported business units. Responsibilities span full-cycle recruitment, market mapping, candidate assessment, employer branding, and recruitment-event representation.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment cycles from job posting through offers
Source candidates through market mapping and outreach
Guide hiring managers on assessments and interviews
Promote company culture, values, and employer brand
Build relationships at job fairs and networking events
Requirements:

One year of full-cycle recruitment experience
Proven ability to attract talent competitively
Experience handling multiple requisitions simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Fluent French and English; valid driver's license
