Mechatronics Maintenance Technician

Support medical device production as a Mechatronics Maintenance Technician at Solventum’s onsite Morden, Manitoba facility on a rotating shift.
This technician role supports production operations, quality standards, and safe, efficient plant performance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electro-mechanical failures, maintaining documentation, scheduling preventative maintenance, and supporting Engineering projects. The work also focuses on continuous improvement and equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Support production equipment in a medical device environment
Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical equipment failures
Schedule and perform preventative maintenance procedures
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records
Support Engineering projects and maintenance group actions
Requirements:
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology certificate or diploma
Alternatively, three years of industrial mechanical or electrical experience
Residence near Morden or confirmed relocation plans
Clear spoken, understood, and written English communication
Legal authorization to work without employment visa sponsorship
