Business Banking Account Specialist
TD Bank Group
Support Montréal small businesses through phone-based account opening and signing officer changes with TD’s digital banking technology. Work onsite, full time, in Québec.
As a Business Banking Specialist, you will engage business customers, understand their needs, and provide sales and service support. You will manage Business Account openings, signing authority changes, plan options, credit opportunities, and customer referrals. Accuracy, compliance, and clear administration guide each interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Open Business Accounts by phone using digital technology
Complete Business signing authority changes accurately
Recommend suitable Business Account plan options
Submit and fulfill credit requests below $50,000
Refer additional needs to appropriate banking partners
Requirements:
At least two years of direct-to-customer phone experience
Small Business Banking product experience is an asset
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration and organizational skills
Effective planning and time management skills
Bring phone-based customer service, business banking knowledge, and accurate administration to TD’s Montréal Business Banking team.
