Bed Management & Patient Flow Specialist

Health Sciences North is seeking a Bed Management / Patient Flow Coordinator to optimize bed placement across the region. You will register admissions, monitor transfers, and communicate with IPAC, ED, and physicians to ensure proper isolation and efficient patient flow.
The role requires a post-secondary diploma and WHSA 4 Steps training, with experience in data entry and using Meditech. Collaborative team environment and continuous improvement emphasis.
