Senior Living Nurse Medication Care

Support senior living residents through direct clinical care, medication administration, and health assessment at Ravines at Park Avenue. This is a 12-hour day shift.
Christenson Communities offers a nursing opportunity in Rocky Mountain House for a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse. Experience in gerontology is preferred, with responsibilities spanning resident education, referrals, supplies, and emergency assistance. The work emphasizes dignity, communication, safety, and resident-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care within the full LPN scope of practice
Order prescriptions and maintain medication and nursing supplies
Set up referral contacts for resident care needs
Explain procedures and help families cope with illness
Assist during emergencies under supervisor direction
Requirements:
Gerontology experience is preferred
Current CARNA or CLPNA membership in good standing
CPR/BCLS certification for healthcare providers is required
Strong organizational and computer skills
Ability to lift, move, push, or pull up to 75 pounds
