On-Site Housing Co-op Manager

Community Land Trust is seeking a Building Manager to lead day-to-day operations for on-site housing co-operatives across the Lower Mainland. You will coordinate maintenance, support residents and Boards, and ensure financial administration aligns with co-op governance.
This role requires 2–3 years in multi-unit residential property management, strong customer service, and solid coordination skills. On-site work with occasional evening meetings and travel are required.
