Support resident well-being as an experienced Long Term Care Registered Practical Nurse in Kingsville, Ontario, with RhynoCare’s multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
This Independent Contractor assignment focuses on high-quality, compassionate care for residents in long term care facilities. You will apply professional judgment to physical, psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs. The position requires collaboration, accurate records, medication accountability, and respectful resident-centered interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply evidence informed decisions and professional nursing judgment
Promote dignity, autonomy, resident choice, and respectful care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and guide PSWs
Maintain complete, timely, accurate clinical documentation
Identify and report safety risks and incidents
Requirements:
Active College of Nurses of Ontario registration
Demonstrated independence and effective teamwork
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Availability for varied eight or twelve hour shifts
Reliability under attendance and cancellation requirements
