Biotechnology Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

Support biotechnology manufacturing at Luminultra, combining chemistry knowledge, production coordination, and quality control in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
This Production Supervisor leads day-to-day operations within Luminultra’s modern laboratory facility. You will organize production work, develop employees, oversee manufacturing activities, and coordinate with procurement, quality, planning, and other departments. The position emphasizes safety, compliance, accurate records, traceability, and operational problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily manufacturing activities and coordinate delivery commitments
Oversee decontamination, quality control, packaging, and equipment operation
Train employees, support onboarding, and manage performance
Monitor materials, work in process, and finished goods
Support investigations, corrective actions, validation, and process improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biology, or related study
Three to five-plus years in cleanroom or regulated manufacturing
One or more years supervising production employees
Strong chemistry principles, calculations, and controlled manufacturing knowledge
Quality Management System or Oracle Fusion ERP experience is advantageous
