Talent Acquisition Lead Whistler

Lead talent acquisition at Gibbons Whistler by building pipelines, sourcing candidates, and partnering with leaders across hospitality, tourism, and experiences.
As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will own recruitment across operational, management, and leadership positions. You will develop talent pools, shape candidate profiles, and create recruitment strategies with hiring managers and the Director of People & Culture. The role also strengthens employer brand and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment from proactive sourcing through successful hiring
Build talent pools ahead of seasonal hiring peaks
Partner with leaders to define ideal candidate profiles
Represent Gibbons through campaigns, fairs, and partnerships
Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring
Requirements:

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar work
Confidence proactively sourcing candidates for priority positions
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Comfort using recruitment data and metrics
Bring proactive sourcing, relationship-building, and recruitment strategy skills to help Gibbons build strong teams across Whistler.
