Mechanical Revit MEP Modeller Ontario
SYSTRA
Use Revit MEP modelling expertise on SYSTRA Canada’s remote LRT project in Ontario, coordinating mechanical systems across multiple sites.
As a Mechanical MEP Modeller, you will develop coordinated models for 17 LRT stops and nine TPSS sites. Your work includes HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, plumbing, drainage, and roof drainage. You will coordinate architectural, structural, and electrical models while following approved engineering information.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain coordinated mechanical Revit models
Model canopy drainage families across LRT sites
Place equipment with access and maintenance clearances
Run clash detection and escalate unresolved conflicts
Produce drawings, schedules, and consistent model data
Requirements:
Three to five years of Revit MEP modelling experience
Diploma or degree in a related discipline
Experience coordinating models in Navisworks
Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans and worksharing
Working knowledge of OBC for MEP coordination
