Life Benefits Sales Representative AIL

Present permanent life benefits to working families with AIL representative Paz Organization through remote work and supplied member leads. Zoom interviews apply.
As a life and living benefits advisor, you will help requested union members understand protection for themselves and their families. Your work covers life, critical illness, disability, and group benefits, alongside sales and policyholder service. You will conduct calls, schedule appointments, complete reports, attend weekly training, and pursue weekly sales targets. Customer service or retail experience is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Call members who request Paz Organization benefits services
Schedule appointments and deliver member presentations
Sell and service life and health benefit solutions
Develop expertise in client life and living benefits needs
Attend weekly training and complete compliance reports
Requirements:
Willingness to obtain an LLQP license
Exceptional prioritization, multitasking, and time-management abilities
Strong communication skills for member and family service
Competence with Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
Pass background screening and meet Canadian work eligibility
Build member-focused insurance expertise through presentations, benefits service, and sales support for Paz Organization and AIL.
