CBC Radio Canada Project Delivery Coordinator
CBC/Radio-Canada
Support CBC/Radio-Canada project delivery in Montreal through organized coordination, bilingual communication, and detailed tracking across multiple workstreams. The position offers telework and hybrid arrangements.
Reporting to the Director, you will work within the Delivery Centre of Expertise on strategic projects and the Content Every Day product family. You will interact with delivery groups and stakeholders across individual contributor and management levels. Traditional, hybrid, and Agile methodologies guide coordination across multiple streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate work, progress updates, status communication, risks, and issues
Maintain initiative budgets, forecasts, actuals, and financial variances
Complete timesheet reconciliation and corporate approvals
Orchestrate workshops and major program planning sessions
Maintain action, decision, risk, and issue registers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training
Five or more years of professional experience
Three or more years in project management, administration, or support
Bilingual English and French communication skills
Document management, Google Suite, spreadsheets, and presentation experience
Use analytical coordination, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills to support CBC/Radio-Canada’s technology delivery work.
