Tax Accountant Client Advisory

Support businesses and professionals through tax planning, compliance, and client communication as an Accountant at Cycle CPA. This is a full-time, permanent in-office position.
Cycle CPA seeks an Accountant with a strong foundation in accounting and taxation. The role combines personal and corporate tax return preparation with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial statement work. You will gather documentation, research issues, and communicate clearly while managing competing priorities across client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare personal and corporate tax returns
Assist with client tax planning and compliance
Communicate with clients to gather documentation
Complete bookkeeping and account reconciliations
Research and resolve accounting issues
Requirements:

Experience with bookkeeping and account reconciliations
Knowledge of personal and corporate taxation
Understanding of Canadian accounting standards and GST/HST
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Ability to manage competing priorities independently
Bring tax preparation, client communication, and sound judgment to accounting engagements supporting Cycle CPA clients and their financial goals.
