Farber seeks a Senior Insolvency Advisor for its Complex Files Team. You will assess financial needs, discuss bankruptcy or proposals, and guide potential clients toward suitable solutions. The work supports individuals managing high income tax debt or significant unsecured debt through telephone or video consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess financial needs and determine suitable insolvency solutions
Guide clients through bankruptcy and proposal options
Assist negotiations involving complex creditor filings
Prepare required regulatory documents when applicable
Maintain client communication through successful enrollment
Requirements:
Post-secondary degree or diploma in sales, business, or finance
Five-plus years advising insolvency clients face-to-face
Familiarity with Division I Proposals and insolvency engagements
Strong empathy, integrity, communication, and problem-solving skills
Microsoft Office experience and high computer literacy
