Commercial Fibre Installation Coordinator
telMAX Inc.
Coordinate commercial fibre installations for telMAX in York Region, using scheduling, contractor management, and detailed operational tracking. This hybrid position supports business customers.
As Commercial Installation Specialist, you will manage orders from signed handoff through activation and billing. The work connects Sales, Design, Engineering, Construction, Onboarding, Network Operations, Dispatch, and contractors. You will plan installs, confirm readiness, track milestones, maintain documentation, and reconcile invoices for accurate completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate commercial orders through activation and billing milestones
Develop install plans with Design, Construction, and Onboarding
Schedule dispatch, access, and site-contact requirements
Inform customers and stakeholders about job status
Produce installation volume and contractor performance reports
Requirements:
Two to four years coordinating telecommunications, fibre, construction, or operations
Experience managing contractors, work orders, and invoice review
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
College diploma, university degree, or equivalent experience
Bring commercial installation coordination, contractor communication, and invoice accuracy to telMAX’s growing all-fibre network across Southern Ontario.
