Hearing Instrument Specialists in St. John’s deliver patient diagnostics, hearing aid fittings, and personalized counselling. This opportunity is based in Newfoundland, Canada.
At Beltone, you will professionally manage the patient process from hearing evaluations through fitting and follow-up care. The work includes recommending hearing aid solutions, educating patients about hearing loss and technology, and completing required reports. You will also support community outreach and patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct hearing evaluations, tests, examinations, and patient diagnostics
Recommend appropriate hearing aid solutions for patients
Complete hearing aid fittings and required applications and reports
Counsel and instruct patients throughout their experience
Provide follow-up care and establish checkup schedules
Requirements:
Registered Hearing Instrument Specialist in Newfoundland
Proven success selling hearing aids and comfort with sales
Commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work independently using sound judgment
