Key Responsibilities:
Administer hearing evaluations, tests, and examinations
Recommend appropriate hearing aid solutions for patients
Conduct fittings and complete required reports and applications
Counsel patients and provide hearing technology instruction
Schedule follow-up care and checkups for patients
Requirements:
Registered or eligible for registration as an Alberta HIS
Comfort with sales processes and hearing aid sales success
Commitment to excellent patient care and customer service
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with sound judgment
