North America Talent Acquisition Lead

Lead North American talent acquisition at Too Good To Go, combining recruitment strategy with hands-on hiring for commercial and marketing teams.
As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will fuel growth across the United States and Canada. You will lead two Talent Acquisition Partners while managing your own hiring portfolio. The work spans Sales, Key Account management, marketing, senior commercial roles, and high-volume entry-level hiring.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop recruitment plans for immediate and future talent needs
Lead, coach, and manage two recruitment team members
Partner with leaders using data-driven recruitment updates
Recruit senior commercial, marketing, and entry-level candidates
Improve quality of hire, efficiency, and candidate experience
Requirements:

Experience leading recruitment teams and talent acquisition activities
Ability to manage hands-on hiring portfolios
Capability to partner with North American business leaders
Experience supporting commercial and marketing recruitment
Ability to maintain and improve talent acquisition KPIs
