The HR Business Partner supports technology leadership through strategic advising, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives. The role covers workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and employee relations. It also uses HR data and metrics to guide leadership recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise senior Technology and Innovation leaders strategically
Develop talent management and workforce planning strategies
Drive engagement initiatives for remote technical teams
Address complex employee relations issues consistently
Analyze HR data and recommend leadership actions
Requirements:

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least eight years of progressive HR experience
Four years supporting technology or R&D functions
Experience with talent management and organizational development
Strong consulting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
