On the Total Rewards team, you will help standardize scalable benefits that support Clio’s human, high-performing culture. Your focus includes market benchmarks, engagement strategy, benefit literacy, compliance, and systems modernization. You will partner across the business while mentoring a growing team of Specialists.

Guide Specialists through complex benefits cases
Requirements:

Five-plus years specializing in global benefits
Workday workflow optimization and issue resolution experience
Knowledge of Canadian, United States, and international laws
Growth mindset for process improvement and AI
Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
Help Clio evolve people-centered global benefits through strategy, communications, technology, compliance, and thoughtful team guidance.
