HRIS Recruitment and Compensation Partner

Connect workforce data, recruitment, and compensation initiatives as Bethany Care Society's HR Business Partner. This full-time role is based on site in Calgary.
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the HRBP manages projects across HRIS, recruitment, compensation, labour relations, and employee engagement. The position prepares workforce insights, supports total rewards and leave processes, and partners with leaders on vacancy fulfillment. You will mentor HR Coordinators while promoting consistent HR practices, accurate reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present workforce data analysis reports
Ensure accurate seniority and union reporting
Oversee HR ticketing assignments and resolutions
Lead the zero Casual program process
Maintain current, accurate job descriptions
Requirements:
Degree in human resources, business administration, or related area
CPHR designation considered an asset
Three to five years of relevant HR experience
Strong Excel, MS Office, and HRIS skills
Highly organized, accurate, and detail oriented
Use HRIS reporting, recruitment, compensation, and workforce analysis expertise to strengthen Bethany Care Society's Calgary HR Operations.
