Lead medical information expertise for Regeneron in Toronto, supporting scientific content, product data, and healthcare professional inquiries in a hybrid office setting.
As Associate Director, Medical Information, you will support Regeneron’s Medical Affairs team across Canada. The position focuses on medical response documents, product support, inquiry management, and scientific content. You will collaborate with Medical Affairs colleagues and healthcare professionals while providing accurate medical information activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as product and scientific data expert
Lead medical response document development and maintenance
Support inquiry management and guide Call Center colleagues
Contribute to value dossiers, Q&As, and white papers
Review materials and provide case trend insights
Requirements:
PhD, PharmD, or MD
Two to three years of Medical Information experience
Ten plus years in biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience
Advanced country-specific healthcare regulatory understanding
Bilingual English and Canadian French proficiency
