Residential Care Licensed Practical Nurse

This Northern Health Licensed Practical Nurse works within a client and family centered model. You will establish rapport, recognize changes, organize care, and collaborate with others. Practice remains aligned with BCCNM competencies, standards, scope, ethics, and unit protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain rapport with clients
Plan, organize, prioritize, and implement client care
Recognize and respond to changes in clients
Provide direction to other staff when required
Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
Practicing LPN registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
One year of recent related residential experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to organize work effectively
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Use relationship-building, organization, observation, and care-planning abilities as a Residential Care Licensed Practical Nurse.
